Description: Online training with immediate access upon enrollment. The two most common forms of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) are ulcerative colitis and Crohn`s disease. Unlike Crohn`s disease, which can occur anywhere in the digestive tract, ulcerative colitis usually only affects the innermost lining of the colorectal tract. This course examines the methods employed in diagnosing ulcerative colitis.
Certification Requirements: Students must view the entire program and successfully pass an online, multiple-choice final assessment with >80% passing grade within a 90 day period of time (180 days for Professional Certification Programs).
