How Do I ‘Allow Pop-ups’ so I can View the Course?
If you’re experiencing difficulties accessing your training the issue may be related to your browser’s pop-up settings.
Quick Fix:
When you launch a course, a new window opens. If pop-ups are blocked, the course will not appear, and a ‘Pop-up’ warning is issued. If you do not see the ‘Pop-up’ warning, the course window may already be open, but it is located behind another window or is minimized, so please check for that as well.
The easiest way to fix this is to click on the pop-up blocker icon that appears in your browser’s address bar when you try to launch the course. Clicking it will guide you to allow pop-ups for our site.
Step-by-Step Instructions for Chrome Users
- Open the Chrome browser on your computer.
- At the top right, click the three vertical dots (More).
- From the dropdown menu, select Settings.
- Under Privacy and Security, choose Site settings.
- Scroll down and click Pop-ups and redirects.
- Change the setting at the top to Allowed.
Using Another Browser?
If you’re on Safari, Firefox, or Edge, you can search online for instructions by typing:
- “How to allow pop-ups in [your browser name]”
Once you’ve allowed pop-ups, you should be able to launch your training without issue.
