How do I Update my Certificate of Completion When Recertifying?

At Biopharma Institute, students are provided with one year of access to their training program upon enrollment. Once training has been completed and a certificate has been issued, that certificate cannot be updated during the active enrollment period—even if the student retakes the training before the expiration date.

Certificates can only be updated after the enrollment period has expired, and the process differs slightly for independent students and corporate clients.

For Independent Students

  • Re-enroll in the course or program once your initial enrollment has expired.
  • Complete all required training and assessment activities.
  • Submit a certificate update request by emailing our support team.
  • Once processed, the old certificate will be archived, and a new certificate will be issued in your student account and sent to you by email.

For Corporate Clients

  • For large group training, Biopharma Institute manages certificate updates on behalf of students:
  • At the end of each training year, student accounts are archived to preserve historical training records.
  • New student accounts are created for the following year’s enrollment.
  • This ensures that training records remain intact and certificates are automatically updated without students needing to request them individually.

Please note: For corporate clients, this process must be activated prior to the start of the recertification period.

If you have any questions about updating your certificate, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Our support team is always happy to assist.
